We are a small female-owned business with big goals of creating a movement that supports Well-Being for ALL through therapeutic yoga retreats. We are driven by our core values of compassion, equality and diversity, authenticity, and well-being.

Your donation will support partial or full scholarships to therapeutic yoga and meditation retreats for individuals who are in need of a deep reset, to release stress, to recover from burnout, and to reconnect with themselves, with their innate joy, creativity, and community.

About Us
Alyssabeth and Mimi originally met in 2021 as part of a trauma-informed yoga training at what became our home yoga studio in North Carolina, where we both found ourselves transplants - coincidentally both having grown up in the Northeast, Mimi the Bronx/Jersey, and Alyssabeth in the Lehigh Valley-in Pennsylvania / New Jersey. Both have since traveled around the world and have called many places home.
The seed for Empowered Soul Retreats was planted during our trip to Seattle together for Integrative Restoration meditation training and the rest is history!
Both Mimi and Alyssabeth bring experience in leading private retreats for veterans and their families to support post-traumatic growth.
We’re here to make yoga accessible and adaptable for EVERYbody. We’re sharing the transformative power of yoga and meditation through therapeutic yoga retreats, and to creating a community centered on adventure, mindful living, and lightheartedness.
